We finally have moved in to our new home in West Chester. The house has a full unfinished basement so over the next several months it will become a case study. The current idea has us building a pub in one area, my office in another, a full bath and an area to store/ride my bicycles.
It's going to be a piecemeal job where parts will get done as we have the money, probably starting on the pub first as that will be the least expensive project to finish.
Of course, the first order of business is to do an "as built" where I will measure the entire basement and put it all in CAD. Then I can start laying out the project as a whole in the computer and play with ideas. Once the design is finished, it's time to shop contractors and get the project rolling!
