Condo development - laying out multi family building designs
Dozens of residential subdivision construction package design ranging from 6 - 50 acres. Mostly laying out lots, roads and utilities.
Dozens of "big box" store construction drawing sets. Meijer, Wal-Mart, Sams Club, Kroger. Acreage ranged from 15-50.
100 acre strip mall development in Huber Heights Ohio. Parking lot design.
120 acre mall redevelopment in Miamisburg Ohio (Dayton Mall). Parking lot and ring road design for new anchor stores.
120 acre mall development in Memphis Tennessee (Wolfchase Galleria). Design of parking lot, drives and retaining walls.
760 acre resort development in Guanacaste Costa Rica. Design of hotels, single/multi family residences, commercial center and golf course. Multiple site visits which were nice when it was cold in Ohio
1.2 million acre project in Brazil (land area equal to Delaware) dividing it into one acre parcels for carbon credit offset purchase. Project included creating metes and bounds descriptions for tens of thousands of parcels.
